Crafted from premium Gaji Silk, it features the iconic grid-patterned weaving that defines a classic Gharchola, offering a rich and lustrous drape. The saree is beautifully elevated by a striking contrast green pallu and border, intricate detailed with traditional bandhani motifs that provide a vibrant pop of color. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Q: I've heard Gaji Silk is thick. Will this make me look bulky? A: It is a common myth! While Gaji Silk is richer and more opaque than thin chiffons, it has a heavy, liquid drape that falls downwards rather than fluffing out. This actually creates a very slimming, structured silhouette because it doesn't cling to the body unexpectedly.
Q: The blouse in the photo is red, but the border is green. What blouse comes with it? A: The set comes with a matching unstitched blouse piece, usually in the base color (Maroon) or contrast (Green) depending on the cut. However, we highly suggest getting a contrast Green blouse stitched (like the border). It breaks the monotony of the maroon and makes the gold work pop!
Q: How do I store this? It looks like an heirloom piece. A: You are right, Gharcholas are heirlooms. Because of the real zari and silk, do not hang it on metal hangers for months. Wrap it in a soft muslin cloth or a cotton saree bag and store it flat. This prevents the heavy border from stretching the fabric over time.

💡 Pro-Stylist Tip

The "Choker" Rule. Because this saree has a busy pattern near the shoulder, long necklaces can get lost. Opt for a heavy Kundan or Polki Choker that sits high on the neck. This frames your face beautifully without tangling with the saree work.
