Each product page includes a detailed size guide and fabric description. For sarees, one size generally fits all — but for stitched pieces like salwar kameez and lehengas, we provide bust, waist, and hip measurements. If you're unsure, our team is available on WhatsApp to help you choose. You can also filter by fabric (silk, georgette, cotton, etc.) using the left-hand panel on any category page.

We photograph all products under studio lighting to be as accurate as possible. However, screen settings can cause minor variations in how colours appear. If you need a precise shade match — especially for bridal or gifting purposes — we recommend requesting a fabric swatch or reaching out to us before ordering.

Yes! Many sarees are available with fall & pico finishing and blouse stitching as add-ons. Look for the "Customise" option on the product page. Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for stitching orders. For bulk or bridal trousseau orders, contact us directly for personalised assistance.

All products on Saree.com are sourced directly from weavers and trusted manufacturers across India. Every item goes through a quality inspection before dispatch. Handloom and weave-specific products like Banarasi, Kanjeevaram, and Patola carry authenticity assurances mentioned on the product page.

Yes, we ship across India and internationally to 30+ countries including the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Estimated delivery times are shown at the checkout stage.

Post-sale queries

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and courier details. You can also log into your Saree.com account, go to "My Orders", and click "Track Order" for real-time updates. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 Hours of delivery for most products, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Customised or stitched items, and items purchased during sale, are not eligible for return. Raise a return request via "My Orders" or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. Customized products can not be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For UPI and net banking payments, it may take 2–3 additional days depending on your bank. Store credit refunds are instant. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

We're sorry for the inconvenience! Please take an unboxing video at the time of delivery (we recommend this for all orders). WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the item, and the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Care instructions vary by fabric. Silk sarees should be dry-cleaned; cotton and georgette can be hand-washed in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent colour fading. Store your sarees folded in a muslin or cotton cloth — never in plastic covers. Each product page lists specific care instructions for that item.
